Course Description: For science/engineering curricula.Modern environmental chemical theory, principles and practice; this course will be taught from both fundamental and applied perspectives.

Course Objective: To gain a better understanding of basic chemical theories, principles, and practices as they apply to environmental problems and to develop an understanding of how chemistry impacts and drives the world as a whole. Communicate this understanding with peers and to the broader society through the written and spoken word.
