"Ulyanovka" has been renamed to Blahovishchenske in 2016, Ulyanovka points to a completely unrelated place in Russia, Chervonoznam'yanka has been renamed to Znam'yanka, (uk:Знам'янка (Іванівський район) neither appear on English Wikipedia), Liubashivka and Petrovirivka are both much better know recognizable points along the route. Additionally the names of the towns in Belarus are all in Russian.

It seems as some sort of filter trips on the name Blahovishchenske (from Blahovishchennia uk:Благовіщення meaning Annunciation ) starting the Blah ?

It looks like if the regex were changed from \bblah to \bblah\b, only two of the above (the BLAHAHAHAA ones) would have made it through, and those matched 260 anyway. It's because you are an IP. IPs are often accused of sockpuppetry at an/i and some sockpuppeteers think it funny to try and close it early or otherwise change it.
