The old draft was moved into mainspace by an UPE editor who used multiple socks to !vote in the subsequent AfD discussion, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Stefan Leipold. The AfD closed as "not notable", which clearly still applies, even without the recreation shenanigans.
