- The infobox data regarding ship displacement and size (2000 tons, length 99m, draft 3.75m) was old, released several years ago, mostly sourced by poorly updated GlobalSecurity, before the vessel specifications were clear. Updated figures specified also in Milgem class corvette were taken from the latest MILGEM brochure released in IDEF2011. You can find it in the internet though only Russian sites provide a copy of the brochure. These are more reliable data since the brochure was prepared by the MILGEM project office.
- Other changes were made for abbreviation purposes. You can find the relevant data in Milgem class corvette. TCG Heybeliada's search radar is SMART-S Mk2, this is for sure, since Aselsan radar or EADS TRS-3D claimed again by GlobalSecurity were just an assumption made by the site. In 2007, Aselsan contracted Thales to provide SMART-S Mk2 radars for the MILGEM project, though Aselsan continues to develop its own search radar.
- An information related to ARES-2N can be found here.
- The changes in the body section did not alter the information provided. Made several cosmetic revisions. In fact, this article does not need technical information about the ship since the infobox and project article Milgem class corvette already provide the necessary data. Introduction to contentious topics[edit]
