Hi. Can you please visit WP:CHU and ask for your username to be changed? Per our username policy, it is not permitted to have a username which infers that you are editing on behalf of an organisation and it could lead to you being blocked from editing. I will add that your repeated use of the word "we" in your comments suggests that this account is accessible to more than one person. As such, it is likely to be blocked indefinitely as a compromised account. Wikipedia accounts are assigned to individuals, not groups. An account should represent only you and no one else. You are free to include your organization name in your account name when you request renaming, but be sure that your username represents a real person. A name like "IEAGHG webmaster" would not be acceptable because that isn't a person, it's a role.
