This shows clear notability of Wranglestone, so you could write an article on that book if you like. To require a standalone article for the author, you either need to find more coverage on Charlton himself, or show that he's written multiple notable works. It might be a bit early in his career for that. Has the sequel gotten much coverage? Any awards nominations?
