Image copyright problem with Image:Dinghies on Kinghorn Loch.JPG[edit]
Thank you for uploading Image:Dinghies on Kinghorn Loch.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Hello Cemitchell and Welcome to Wikipedia!
Per your request, your uploaded image (Dinghies on Kinghorn Loch.JPG) has been deleted. In the future if you wish to do this you may use Criteria for speedy deletion. Specifically, item number 7 under "General Criteria" which states: "author requests deletion."
As per your second question, I'm not entirely sure what you mean about embedding HTML tags within your image. Wikipedia uses a special markup on its pages having a specific language for Images. For a tour of this wikipedia language, check out Wikipedia:Tutorial.
