From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A number of administrators here don't seem to be familiar with the intricacies and complexities that comes with the dispute process on Wikipedia. I'm assuming most of it has to do with the lack of personal involvment in disputes. Reverting vandalism, running bots, and welcoming new editors are notable contributions, but dealing with other users and involvement in disputes are just as important.

As such, to ensure a higher quality and standards, and to encourage more direct involvement in disputes, this user is going to categorically oppose adminship for users whose Talk namespace edits number less than 400 OR less than 10% of their total edits. Exception are possible, but don't count on it.
