  • Article is very good. However, DYK rules require an inline citation at the end of the sentence featured in the hook. Also, I would suggest a short version of the hook (less is more). Something like:
ALT1: ... that Rapa Nui National Park is home to dozens of moai statues (pictured) attributed to the Rapa Nui people who inhabited the island around 300 AD?

ALT2: ... that Rapa Nui National Park is home to dozens of moai statues (pictured) attributed to the Rapa Nui people who inhabited Easter Island around 300 AD? --Rosiestep (talk) 02:57, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Even better. Just need a citation at the end of a sentence to support it in the article and we are good to go. --ThaddeusB (talk) 03:19, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
  • Thanks, ThaddeusB. I have refixed the references now. I prefer ALT2:.--Nvvchar. 14:49, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Great. Article length, date, and compliance with policy is confirmed. ALT2 is interesting and verified by provided citations. --ThaddeusB (talk) 01:16, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
