Comment: Not sure who all should/would get a credit for this. This was created as a redirect by Jax 0677. I nominated it for RFD, where 58.176.246.42 drafted an article in the RFD nomination. BDD closed the RFD and copied the draft to J.C. Nicholson and it was subsequently updated by Jax, 58, and myself (kind of).
