Women in the 2020-2021 Belarusian protests - New section[edit]

I have added in a title for the section about the protest, and added in a introductory paragraph. It needs an ending. it finishes part way through the protests, and before the election results.

It needs more detail about:

Why the women running for president was significant in terms of gender in Belarusian society
Election results
what happened to the women who ran for president.
What were the overall outcomes for women in Belarusian society from this event

other matters:

I did not research the coordination council as the update banner has asked.
The references in the body of this section need fixing, some of them are just links.
