This is best I can do for moment. I've looked closely at a map of the areas and compared them closely with the Ouse/Trent watersheds, and I think I am warranted they are based on watersheds. They're defined in Schedule 1 in terms of the previous river authorities. the orders establishing the authorities list the supply undertakings taken over, and i will add thoose to the indivisual articles. Lozleader 20:52, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
