Abbudin or Baladi?[edit]

so what's the name of the country? the article seems to imply both names. ≈Sensorsweep (talk) 15:08, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Potential error[edit]

"Meanwhile, things go awry when Walid, the critical member of the coup, refuses to get involved." Shouldn't this be "Hakim"? As far as I recall, the only Walid is the brother of Sheik Rashid, and it seemed to me that the episode revolved around Nusrat's father who was refusing to participate in the plot to overthrow Jamal; I do not believe his name is Walid and I believe it is Hakim. 24.245.28.234 (talk) 03:22, 20 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Second Season — 12 episodes?[edit]

Relationship with Assad, Arab Spring[edit]

There are a couple of articles out there relating how the show's developer(s) modelled the story on Assad's life as well as events in Egypt and Libya. Here's one source: http://www.israel21c.org/fxs-new-tv-series-tyrant-about-syrian-leader-is-made-in-israel/ It might be relevant, don't you guys think?
