Good detective work! The kanji made it easy to locate him in the Japanese Wikipedia, which gives two people of the same name. See ja:加瀬俊一. This one is the latter, ja:加瀬俊一 (1925年入省). Fg2 06:26, 2 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
