What was date of shipwreck[edit]

This article states that Henry Tichborne, 8th baronet, died at sea in 1845. However, the article Tichborne case, about discredited claims to have been Henry Tichborne, states that he died at sea in 1854. Which is correct? Robert McClenon (talk) 22:29, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This article states Henry Tichborne died in 1845 but doesn't claim it was at sea. Tichborne case is about discredited claims to have been Roger Tichborne, not Henry. That article says: "Roger Tichborne, heir to the family's title and fortunes, was presumed to have died in a shipwreck in 1854." Roger Tichborne is clearly not the same person as Henry Tichborne so there is no contradiction and your tags have been reverted. I haven't found anything in the two articles which can give the false impression that they are the same person so I don't see anything to fix. PrimeHunter (talk) 00:05, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
