I'm not heavily invested in this, but this painting has most recently been attributed to de Momper, including by the KHM and leading Bruegel scholars. See the KHM page for the painting: https://web.archive.org/web/20140714161407/http://bilddatenbank.khm.at/viewArtefact?id=1239

I think we should attribute to de Momper and mention the association with Bruegel's name, instead of the other way around.
