Suggestions[edit]

This reads as a student paper. I made a few changes but the article needs to be brought up to date and given proper editorial attention.

The book has contempoary importance related to the development of what some refer to as the "deep state." A new edition was published by Taylor Francis in 2007 with a helpful introduction by Hugh Miller that would be of great help in rewriting the existing article.

History of the concept[edit]

This section as written is not relevant to the subject of the article, which is the book "The Administrative State," not the concept itself. It barely touches on the book and discusses a few uses of the term well after the book the was written with no clear relation to the book.
