References added. This seems to be unique or niche segment of marketing, and most references are cited that use industry examples and or explain the term or it's use. This is a powerful force in marketing for some of the cited companies, so although not commonly understood, a key component for large public companies, therefore further references were added to improve the article.

Most of the external links went to companies who were in the business of selling 1-800 numbers and associated domain names. I've trimmed a lot of this link spam as it is unsuitable for this article. Astronaut (talk) 03:40, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
