EWELKIN WEB & IT SERVICES T?he statement that the Square of Martyrs in Uzbekistan is related to tsarist or Stalinist repression during the last 20-50 years of the 20th century needs a change, probably of the number 50. T?sarist repression did not extend beyond the reign of Tsar Alexander who was deposed around 1920.
