Untitled[edit]

Super Bowl XLVIII was held in East Rutherford, NJ not Newark NJ. Newark is home to the Prudential Center and NJPAC ONLY. Please remove any Suer Bowl or Metlife stadium articles, and move them to East Rutherford. Thanks 108.53.127.97 (talk) 02:37, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The information in wich MetLife Stadium is credited for being in Newark is false. MetLife is located in East Ruhterford, NJ and os were Super Bowl XLVIII is being held. I will remove the section again if no one does anything about it, since someone undid my edit.

Red Bulls[edit]

I want to reiterate and state for the record that I still object to the Red Bulls being included in this article even though I was overruled in the Dispute Resolution Noticeboard. This article is suppose to be about teams that play within the City of Newark not its adjacent municipalities. I don't care that Newark is a transportation hub, The Red Bulls are a Harrison team as the Giants and Jets are a East Rutherford based teams and they like the Red Bulls don't belong here and doesn't matter IMHO that you can get there from Newark, again this is about Newark based teams only. Thank you (Steps off soapbox). TheGoofyGolfer (talk) 19:34, 17 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
