Untitled[edit]

The article gives little insight as to what really happened there. It is full of Turkish bias. Should be rewritten. --Ghirla -трёп- 16:59, 31 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"cracks knuckles" Will try. --Laserbeamcrossfire 05:14, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Don't bother. I have rewritten the article since then. --Ghirla -трёп- 07:22, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've actually got an article here from Military History that'll add some more detail about the siege and the battle. Want me to go ahead and add in if I can? --Laserbeamcrossfire 07:25, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Link in the article refers to wrong Muravyov. :) There's no english article on the proper one. Russian article, however (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B2%D1%8C%D1%91%D0%B2-%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9,_%D0%9D%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B9_%D0%9D%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87) has much bigger and detailed Kars section, especially troops numbers and casualties, which i dare to insert here. 195.218.211.25 (talk) 01:31, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

could this be classifed as a pyrrhic victory for russians since they failed what they really wanted to do, though conquering the city? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.33.91.147 (talk) 19:58, 7 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
