Jeff Greenstein[edit]

I cited Maria Grasso's blog post from 2012 in it's entirety because it was more compelling that anything that I could cobble together on my own. From what I understand, she was an exec at Universal TV when this show was being pitched, and participated in its production. Partners is a pivotal experience in Jeff Greenstein's career. I had the opportunity to chat with him once, He speaks of this show as his "little gem", and an important part of his career. Both Grasso and Greenstein have called this "the right show on the wrong network". The show was deemed much better than the network it was on (FOX), and there was internal strive between the producers and FOX executives.
