A change of title?[edit]

I think that the title should preferably be changed to "Opinion polling and analysis about Islamic extremism", or something similar, as the article is focused on Islamic extremism, not just Islam.

If the title remains in its current form, the article will likely diverge away from the original focus of the article.

There is a risk that others will add an entire database of polls with no analysis, and given that Wikipedia is not strictly a database of data, if that happens, the article has a higher chance of being deleted.

Given the above, I think that some form of name change would be useful. David A (talk) 13:57, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"Islamic fundamentalism" is very different from "Islamic terrorism". If we want to talk about terrorism, then there should definitely be a change in title. By contrast, if we want to keep it to fundamentalism, then we should remove any content where the sources don't explicitly mention "Islamic fundamentalism".VR talk 06:20, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
