This is an addition of Traiectinus (11:26, 15 September 2005) :

Perhaps his most famous saying is: "Everybody wants to know, but nobody wants to know the price of knowledge".

The source of this quotation is not indicated. What is it ?

-- I didn't add this to the article, but I think the contributor has given a rather rough English translation of his remarks at the very end of his commentary to the Digestum vetus.
