1636 was an error actually, removed. Al Ameer (talk) 16:32, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"tax farmer" what's one of those?
I could tell you it's not of the Ol' MacDonald variety. Should I explain this a bit in the lead or the term's first mention in the body?
"of the Chouf who" if you're not saying Chouf region, shouldn't this just be "of Chouf who"?
In the sources it is always introduced as "the Shuf" or "the Chouf". Similar to "the Galilee" or "the Rockys". Al Ameer (talk) 16:32, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks The Rambling Man. Almost finished. Need to add that citation for Bashir's succession. Otherwise, just let me know about the tax farm explanation. Al Ameer (talk) 16:32, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think tax farmer needs a footnote, referenced of course, to explain to people like me who haven't got a clue! The Rambling Man (Keep wearing the mask...) 10:12, 12 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
