Biography Status[edit]

I'm a new editor. While I assume that I'm wrong, I don't think this should be labeled as a BLP. Can someone more experienced point out why it is?Tuxhedoh (talk) 15:27, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The members are all living and therefore it should be considered as a biography of a living person. I don't get it either, but those are they rules they set-up. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 16:04, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Can you point me to the guideline? I'm pouring over the BLP info but I don't see it. If this were on a single artist or a page dedicated to one of the performers, I could understand, since it's a group, I'm still just as confused.Tuxhedoh (talk) 17:26, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I don't have one, but the church, denomination really, of Calvary Chapel is currently in a dispute there and I don't get that either. So if a collection of congregations is considered a living person a band appears to be as well. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 18:09, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
