Case Law[edit]

I've created a structure for this article and included summaries of the statutory provisions. I don't want to bog it down with every case citing the statute, but I figure to add a few major cases interpreting the statute... adding them in the relevant existing sections. Contract Amount to Which the Act Applies[edit]

This keeps getting changed back and forth from $100k to $150k. I'm not seeing where the $150k number is coming from. If there's a source (or a source for the confusion), please educate me. John2510 (talk) 16:39, 9 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think I answered my own question. It appears the FAR was raised to $150k as a back-door way of changing the Miller Act amount. If I'm wrong... again, feel free to educate me. I'm a little confused how a regulation can trump a statute.
