Someone may correct the errors? Please!

Origenes de Medina no son arabes, son preromanos, y el nombre a pesar de la coincidencia con la medina arabe, la palabra, existe una denominacion anterior para esta villa, "Metina", anterior a todo esto

Advertisement/Publicidad[edit]

note to author (english): this article looks more like an advertisement for tourist to visit the city. Wikipedia:Cleanup project lists articles that look like ads. the articles are either striped of their ads and made to look like the encyclopedic article that it's supposed to be, or are completely deleted. if this was done by accident, then fix it. but it doesnt seem to be the case, because the ads are obvious and all over the place. if it was done on purpose, your time is better spent putting more effort at your job and leaving a public encyclopedia alone. wikipedia tracks user's IP address, and if you keep doing this, they'll block you in the future. if you live in medina/spain, have more pride in your city/country and put useful information there for others to learn about your culture. links within the article should only link to other wikipedia articles. external links should be placed together at the bottom in a seperate section. and links to spanish language sites should be noted that they're only in spanish. look at other articles that are done better, as a guide. i wont report this article to Wikipedia:Cleanup because if someone else sees this they might delete the article, but im interested in spanish culture so i dont want to see the good material of the article to go away. if you dont fix it ill eventually do so, because i/we want the article to look encyclopedic. even the spanish article looks professional, has no ads, and correctly links to other spanish wikipedia articles. by the way, wikipedia has a tourist project where you could put all your ads and they wont be deleted, that's what it's there for. nota para el autor (spanish): este articulo aparece mas como una publicidad para que turistas visitan la cuidad. el proyecto Wikipedia:Cleanup lista articulos que aparecen como publicidad. o quitan la publicidad de los articulos y hechos ver como articulos enciclopedicos que deben ser, o son completamente borrados. si fue accidente, corigelo. pero no parece hacer asi, porque la publicidad son obvios y en todos lugares. si fue ha proposito, tu tiempo es mejor usado en poniendo mas esfuerzo en tu trabajo y dejando una enciclopedia publica en paz. wikipedia sigue los IP computadoras, y si continuas haciendo esto, te bloquean en el futuro. si vives en medina/espana, ten mas orgullo en tu cuidad/pais y pon informacion util alli para que otros aprenden de tu cultura. enlaces dentro el articulo solo deben enlazarse a otros articulos wikipedia. enlaces externos se deben poner juntos al fin en una seccion separada. y enlaces para sitios en espanol deben ser notas que son en espanol. ve otros articulos que fuedon hechos mejor, como un guia. no reportare el articulo a Wikipedia:Cleanup porque si alguien mas ve esto pueden borrar el articulo, pero estoy interesado en cultura espanola y no quiero ver el buen material quitado. si no lo areglas yo lo hare eventualmente, porque quiero/queremos el articulo mas enciclopedico. hasta el articulo en espanol aparece profesional, no tiene publicidad, y enlace corecto a otros articulos espanol de wikipedia. tambien, wikipedia tiene un proyecto turista donde puedes poner todos tus publicidades y no seran borrados, para eso esta alli. 4.230.162.172 04:38, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I understand what you say, although the tone does not sound anything to me friendly, but I have not wanted to harm wikipedia. I have done what I have been able considering my low level of English and have requested aid for more of a year and a half. I cannot do more; for that reason, I consider your advices and contributions helpful for me. Thanks--Locutus , Talk 07:19, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree with the above. I too am an admirer of everything that is Spanish (ETA and bullfighting excluded)and a good article on any Spanish town is welcome. So many of the articles are just one liners that give nothing to Wikipedia. I think that the article could be cut a lot more since it is much longer than articles for many cities of more than 100,000 inhabitants. Vogensen (talk) 11:00, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Should not "viticulture" be "viniculture"? I wasn't sure, so I didn't change it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.242.5.223 (talk) 11:49, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
