User:LizChapaMarie. I created this page and now I don't know how to create a link that goes to it. Can anyone help me?

For a general introduction to links and their coding, see Help:Link. More specifically, you should find articles that already discuss Maya belt plaques or to which the plaques would seem highly relevant (maybe Maya culture or some more specific page in that vein?) and add a link, if necessary with some content if the page doesn't already mention belt plaques but should. This represents a good start, but it would benefit from the inclusion of a larger number of specific examples, including references to depictions of Maya belt plaques in other media (paintings on ceramics, carvings on stelae, etc. It would also be good to put these objects in chronological context, especially since most of them are known from the Early Classic period (although depictions on stelae suggest they were used as early as the Late Preclassic period). There are some good Late Classic examples on carved stelae from Copan, for example. Others are found in depictions of rulers from Tikal. Please clean up the reference section with complete bibliographic entries in a correct Wikipedia style. Hoopes (talk) 22:59, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
