I have protected this article so that the unregistered user cannot edit it. If he/she wants to suggest edits, they can discussed here. It looks like the user is unwilling to discuss these edits, however, and is just edit-warring to put the official bio in here. Ground Zero | t 20:53, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have had to protect this article again for the same reason. Edits must be discussed here, and must be consistent with the above polcieis and guidelines. The Office of Councillor Fragedakis does not own this article. The Wikipedia community does. Ground Zero | t 15:40, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
