No. These are two different groups in different parts of West Africa. Since "ou" in French orthography is generally the equivalent of "u" in English, it is easy to see the reason for confusion. Merge tag should be removed, please.--A12n (talk) 03:56, 25 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
