Schools[edit]

St. Mark Catholic High School is not listed under the schools in Manotick. Even though it is not in the village, it has a Manotick address and should probably be listed here. I will add it, and if there is any objection, please feel free to explain why it should not be there. Ltig3 21:27, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mahogany subdivision dispute[edit]

This section needs to be updated. Now that the OMB has approved the subdivision, the section should focus mostly on what WILL be built, not what is "expected" or "proposed". I propose one paragraph for the future developments, one paragraph for the history of the dispute (major rulings, votes, town halls, etc), and one paragraph for criticism and support. Though there will undoubtedly be more criticism than support, there are both. Since the criticism/support section is obviously the one most susceptible to POV, it especially needs to be referenced.

In a perfect world, I'd say this section shouldn't exist, based on the fact that it is notable mostly as a current event. If we get a decent section going, maybe it can just be cut down to a paragraph and stuck somewhere else. -M.Nelson (talk) 02:11, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
