Last name Shaw, not Hearst[edit]

Her last name is Shaw, NOT Hearst. Her father is Shaw, mother is Hearst. Look at Forbes magazine (in the link below) and hundreds of other places that her last name is Shaw. http://www.forbes.com/2006/07/26/cz_cv_0726heiressslide_7.html?thisSpeed=20000?forwardName=cz_cv_0726heiressslide

Doesn't matter, she goes by Lydia Hearst so that's what we call her, per WP:COMMONNAME. I just moved the page over the old redirect. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 19:38, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Heiress or Descendant ?[edit]

Dear Wikipedians: I revised the initial paragraph to what I believe is a more neutral tone. Subject is a descendant of William Randolph Hearst. However, it may be misleading to call her the heiress to his "fortune" without substantiation. More likely than not - an heiress to a portion of his fortune.
