Per WP:NOT, Wikipedia is not a "Mere collections of internal links, except for disambiguation pages when an article title is ambiguous, and for structured lists to assist with the organisation of articles."

Yes you are. This is not "mere collection". This is collection of articles where Russian language is discussed or must be discussed (e.g., because some other languages are discussed there). `'mikka (t) 05:47, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
