@Sulfurboy: Hi, the mainspace article on Prince Leonard has been merged into Principality of Hutt River where there is more detail about him than there is here so I don't believe this article is necessary, imv Atlantic306 (talk)

Prince Leonard was notable in his own right - being a self-declared monarch, which makes him worthy of a separate article in the same vein as Emperor Norton, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Henri Christophe. - (124.197.55.28 (talk) 08:42, 20 August 2020 (UTC))[reply]

From the Wikimedia selection I identified, I've gone ahead and added the best quality photo of Leonard Casley I had available to the article infobox. I'm aware that the presence of two people (i.e. me) is a minor breach of MOS:IMAGEQUALITY, but I don't have any clearer photo of him, and I don't think it's possible to neatly crop given we're shaking hands; if anyone can find a better solo picture of Casley with an appropriate copyleft licence, feel free to replace my work in the future.
