Russian?[edit]

Is he Russian by ethnicity? Vigenin isn't a Bulgarian name.. + there are many Russians in the Bulgarian Socialist Party including the current prime minister (well his mother at least) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.98.199.148 (talk) 11:52, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced and copyright violation[edit]
