The birth name should be mentioned somewhere in the article. I understand the sensitivity of the dead name issue. But not mentioning at all is the other extreme. We are an encyclopedia. Thanks for raising this! We can only use photos that are freely licensed, which makes our options very limited. If you have contact with Petras, see if she's willing to donate a selfie under Commons:Wikimedia VRT release generator.
