I don't necessarily think this is anything other than vanilla spam, but bourbonblog.com was part of a spam/sock case last year: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Walteredwardsenglish and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam/2016 Archive Apr 1#Bourbonblog.com.
