Disambiguation pages[edit]

This surname has already collected six disambiguation pages, for David Hunt etc. At present these are linked twice, in the main list and in a separate section. This seems unnecessary repetition. It's probably better to keep the ambiguous links in the main list, otherwise they will be added again. I am therefore removing the others.
