The "About the Author" section reads like an author bio from a dust jacket. It looks completely out-of-place, and refers to "Hero" as if the sentence were not written in an article about the book. I looked at the articles for a few other books, including by Walter Isaacson, and did not see an "About the Author" section. I'm sure the author of the section was well-meaning, yet it felt out-of-place on Wikipedia. I removed it. Sanpitch (talk) 20:51, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Please look at WikiProject Books and the section entitled "Article structure" then the next subtitle "Background." There it says for "background" write: "Who wrote the book, when, where, etc. For example, is this the author's first book or tenth? Is the author an academic, ideologue, or otherwise experienced with the subject? Context can also be provided for the book's subject" and so on. So an about the author section is entirely appropriate. I am restoring the about the author section. Also, this topic is covered by multiple, independent reliable sources that independently cover the topic.
