Need clarification on funding for RCMS (the old system)[edit]
@Rathfelder: Hi, I assume that the article was submitted by you. I did the translation into traditional Chinese in May of 2020. I'd like you to help clarify the funding for RCMS, in your writing "which contrasts with the old RCMS that was almost completely funded by the Chinese government and extended universally across all parts of China.", my Chinese version had been edited by some, with citation saying the funding was collected from individuals and collectives , nothing from the central government.
