H.M.S Albion. 1970-71[edit]

I seved with 45 cdo and we did Cyprus on excerise and were told " no duff ". we headed for Gibralter as the Russians had tried to take over at Gib as there was due a take over to hand back Gib to Spian. I remember our skipper had warned we would ram 2 Russian frigates blocking Gib and we might have to retake the rock. It never came to that as the russians left smartish. Has anyone any memories. This article needs cleaning up. It is neither formatted well nor does it read as an encyclopaedia article. It feels instead more like a piece of prose.
