Drug Addiction/Use[edit]

It is widely known and even synonymous with his name that George Wassouf is a drug user. He is known to have used drugs since his early days of singing, and drugs have been attributed to the decline in his voice. Per the wikipedia policy on the biographies of living persons (also known as WP:BLP or simply BLP), all the assertions of negatives or possibly libelous facts have to be accompanied with reliable supporting them.
