Putting the place name after the actual designation, without a preposition, is German syntax, not English. A correct English translation of the name would be "Gürzenich Orchestra of Cologne", or possibly "The Cologne Gürzenich Orchestra", although the latter is a bit stilted, since Gürzenich and Cologne are both place names and hence should be ordered from the smaller to the larger locality. If the orchestra would like to consider its actual name to be just "Gürzenich Orchestra", then it might appear with its home town as an appositive, e.g. "Mr X played in 2007 with the Gürzenich Orchestra, Cologne, before moving to ...".
