Nature of these races?[edit]

Can someone explain what exactly these races entail, and/or what a racing "handicap" is? The article just details the event but doesn't tell much about what it is. The first one to the Isle of Mann wins?Editfromwithout (talk) 06:04, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
