Detail of tax?[edit]

“10% on private communication” - can someone explain that in more detail in the article? For example is it 10% of the monthly payment I make to my ISP and mobile network company? And what about communication by satellite such as Starlink? Chidgk1 (talk) 13:53, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
