Potential speedy delete candidate under copyright violation[edit]

At first glance the article appears to be a blatant cut and paste copyright violation from somewhere which includes the original sources footnotes notations. The original edit summary may be interpreted to mean that the author took the content from a free source, say German Wikipedia, and did a rough translation to English, which would probably not be a violation as such. WP:NPA aside, i cannot read german at a level that would allow me to assess how to bring appropriate content from the german site here. and your edit summaries were not entirely clear about what you had done and why.
