IMoS[edit]

I made one change, however i've decided to discuss the issue. What sources are provided for the naming of these competitions? Otherwise the IMoS in regards to Derry/Londonderry may need to be used. Mabuska ^(talk) 13:25, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, since the competitions are organised by Derry GAA rather than County Derry/Londonderry, presumably the names are derived from the GAA county board name rather than the county name, which would mean that they fall outside WP:DERRY. The Derry GAA website seems to refer to the competitions as the simply 'Senior Football Championship', and given that that's their offical name, the Derry part is to differentiate them from equivalent championships organised by other county boards.
