Stabat Mater[edit]

I failed to find any reference saying that this painting is a stabat mater (which I'm sure is, I think you might agree with me). "Crucifixion with the Virgin and St John" was the standard depiction and name. I wouldn't call it a Stabat Mater so long as John is there, myself. You should be able to work a link in though. Johnbod (talk) 10:53, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Mea Culpa ! I thought the Stabat Mater was a "genre" of painting when in fact it's the name of a specific piece of art... Sorry for my lack of knowledge and thanks for the help.
