Additional cast[edit]

Wanted to add more cast but from IMDB it is hard to see who was relevant. there seem to be quite a few poker players on the cast as well as various musicians, and then lots of minor British actors but one really needs to check through the list in case the link just points to someone with a similiar name who wasn't actually in the film.
